We try the guides, the meditations and the visualizations – somehow they just don’t seem to integrate within us. The lightness, joy and balance doesn’t seem to last or even happen at all. If my foundation isn’t solid in place, and healthy, then it will be very difficult to build on. I can add all the juicy fuel I can find – but I won’t be able to benefit from it. Something is blocking me. Until I see what, I can’t change it. So taking a loving, honest and fearless look is…well… WORTH IT.
